Globalization is a process of interaction and integration among the people, companies and governments of different nations, a process driven by international trade and investment and aided by inform action technology. Globalization describes the process by which regional economies, societies and cultures have become integrated through a global network of political ideas thoughts communication, transportation and trade. The multiple perspectives on globalization because some people think that globalization give work and help and gives opportunities to people who needed. But on the other side of the perspective people think strongly believe that globalization affects the poor countries like Africa the places that need the most help. Certain people believe that globalization increases global poverty and that the poor of the world are cheated because of it. However, other believe that globalization decreases poverty and help aid the poor. Child hunger is affected by globalization, political and economical but there is many ways that is could change to benefit.
Globalization affects child hunger the political way because their organization benefits the rich people but don’t benefit does who work in the third world country like children. The World Trade Organization is the only global international organization dealing with the rules of trade between nations. At its heart are the WTO agreements, negotiated and signed by the bulk of the world’s trading nations and ratified in their parliaments. The goal is to help producers of goods and services, exporters, and importers conduct their business. In reality they trample labor and human rights they have a stacked secretive court. Only serves the interests of multinational corporations, destroys the environment and increases inequality. But mostly is affects the third world country children.” Most people in the world have not benefited from the current form of “multilateral” trading systems”.(global issues). Benefits towards rich consumer markets rather than the basic needs of the poor. There is a massive “market failure” in into medicines and agriculture. Most global is targeted at the markets of rich consumers rather than at the basic needs of the poor. Less than 10 percent of global spending on health research addresses 90 percent of the global disease burden. Similarly, much agricultural research aims to improve the appearance and taste of produce for consumers in rich markets, rather than to support the sustainable farming of staple foods such as sorghum and cassava, on which many poor farmers depend. The work of the IMF is of three main types. involves the monitoring of economic and financial developments, and the provision of policy advice, aimed especially at crisis-prevention. The IMF also lends to countries with balance of payments difficulties, to provide temporary financing and to support policies aimed at correcting the underlying problems; loans to low-income countries are also aimed especially at poverty reduction. But in real life the IMF also has their affects on people they let them borrow money with a high rate that then the borrowers cant not pay them back.
Globalization also affects child hunger economically because globalization is a trading system but also they do sweatshops in third world countries that affect the people that work there and most of them are children that work there for cheap labor or no pay. This organizations make people work so much for little pay and they do it on purpose because if they would make people work here in America for that little pay no one would really work and they know third world countries need money it don’t matter if it’s a dollar but they need something but it’s not enough for them and their family to eat to go on. Children in the third world country work all day for little pay and then the organization come to America and sale the things clothes, shoes and etc for much more.
Many of the countries of the industrial, North, North America, Europe, and East Asia have benefited from globalization while in the past two decades they have faced economic downturns. Globalization might benefit those countries that don’t need it but affects does who really do need the help. And those are the countries were the children need the most money to eat to stay alive. Children that work for sweatshops that are part of globalization get affected and get abuse that make them be in poverty which leads not having money to get food and eat and makes the die of hunger.
Globalization can be change to ways that could benefit all of the people the countries, and not just the rich but the third countries too. Because there has been a rise in wage inequalities in developed nations. This is due to the rising demand for higher skilled labor in society compared to the lesser demand for lower skilled labor. Another factor which may have influenced wage inequalities is increased trade with developing countries. Globalization could change the way they distribute the cheap labor at third world countries and give them the fair payment for the hard work they do as America does so the third world countries would not be in poverty and children would have enough money for the meals they need. Globalization should bring the equality to poor and rich people the same payment if they work in the same thing like the big companies that pay so little but sales the items to a higher price.
People might not see it but some way globalization does affected child hunger because all those organizations like the wto might help the rich in the economy but strongly affects the poor in the third world countries. Political organizations the economy and much more affected does children that need help but because of those organizations made from globalization countries like Africa are in poverty that makes children not have money to eat. There is multiple perspectives in globalization and how it works but I believe and strongly believe that globalization does affect child hunger and don’t help out. But globalization do help the rich people that don’t need the help
